How do I make a call?

Do I need a computer or software to use innodial services?
No. You don't need a computer or download any software to call with innodial. Computer with Internet connection is needed, however, to place a call with innodial Click-to-Call.

Are innodial services available worldwide?
Even though you can make calls to almost any country, innodial services are currently available to the users who are in the United States and South Korea.

- How do I join innodial?
You can join innodial online at www.innodial.com. The sign up process takes less than a minute and is very easy.
- How do I verify my phone number?
You need to verify your phone number to finish the sign up process and it can be done in two ways:SMS - An SMS message containing a 4-digit pass code will be sent to your mobile phone. Once received, enter the 4-digit pass code to verify your phone number.CALL - You will receive a call from innodial shortly. Answer the phone and enter the 4-digit pass code played to verify your phone number.
- Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. We treat your privacy and personal information very seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for more detailed information.Your personal information will not be shared with any third party. We will only use your personal information for internal analysis and to improve our services.
- Can I change my personal information?
Yes. You can change your personal information anytime in the My innodial page after login.
- I forgot my password. How do I login?
Click on the "forgot password?" link in the upper right hand corner of the site and follow the instructions. (If you don't see the link, it means you are already logged in.)Enter your email address, then we will email you a temporary password. Login with the temporary password and exchange it for a password of your own.
- What is the Referral Program?
The Referral Program is a way of earning free innodial credits. Every time you refer innodial to a friend of yours, we will give you $5 innodial credit after he/she signs up and adds a fund of $20 or more to his/her account for the first time.

What is a PIN?
PIN is a unique, system-generated 8-digit number associated with each innodial member and you can find it on My innodial page after login. When you call an innodial Access Number from a phone number not registered in My Phones, you must enter your PIN. Otherwise, your call won't be placed successfully. Therefore, we highly recommend you to register your phone numbers in My Phones for the easy of use.
- What is a Pass Code?
A Pass Code is a 4-digit number of your choice and is an additional measure to increase the security of your account.
You can set the Pass Code in the "My innodial" page. If you set the Pass Code, you have to enter "PIN + Pass Code" when you are prompted to enter your PIN while using innodial Anywhere service. - Can I change my PIN?
No. Your PIN cannot be changed.
- How do I change my password?
While logged in, go to "My innodial"->"My Profile"->"Password". Enter the old and new password, and click "UPDATE".
- How do I change my Pass Code?
While logged in, go to "My innodial"->"My Profile"->"Pass Code". Enter a new Pass Code and click "UPDATE".
- What is Caller ID?
Caller ID is information shown to the called party by the telephone company when you call somebody. To provide convenience and ease of use, we recognize you by your Caller ID. This means that you don't need to enter an 8-digit PIN every time you call. It saves you a lot of time and effort. Also you don't have to memorize or keep your PIN in your wallet. Please note that your phone has to support the Caller ID feature. Otherwise, we cannot recognize you when you make a call with innodial, and you will be asked to enter your PIN.
- What is a Direct Number?
A Direct Number is a local number allocated to each of the numbers on your contact list (My Contacts). We will do our best to allocate a local number in your area.
For example, if you are living in San Francisco, CA, with area code 415, we give you a Direct Number with area code 415. Unfortunately, there are cases when we are unable to find the right local numbers. If this happens, we will suggest our next best options, and you will be asked to choose one.
Once you have identified a Direct Number, you can simply dial the Direct Number to call your international contact. To learn more about Direct Numbers, click here.
Billing & Payment
- How do I add funds to my account?
Login to your account, click on "Add Funds", and follow the instructions.
- What payment methods are available?
innodial accepts credit card payments with Visa™, MasterCard™, and American Express™. PayPal™ payments are accepted as well.
- Who provides your payment service?
innodial uses PayPal™ as our payment processing partner.
- Is there a maximum limit to my account balance?
Yes. For security purposes, we only allow a balance of $200 or less in your account.
- How do I check my account balance?
Login to your account and you will see your account balance on the My innodial page. Your current balance is displayed on the upper right hand side of the site while you are logged in.
- What is Auto-Recharge?
Auto-Recharge is a convenient way to keep enough balance on your account. By enabling Auto-Recharge, your account will be automatically charged with the amount you select as soon as your account balance falls below $2.
- Are your credit card transactions secure?
Absolutely. We have obtained an SSL Certificate from an industry renowned certification partner that is capable of up to 256-bit encryption, combined with the strongest identity authentication standard available today. All credit card transactions are encrypted and secured by the SSL Certificate.
- How do you protect my credit card information?
All your credit card information will be encrypted and stored on our secure billing database with added protection by an industry proven SSL certificate protection.
- How do I contact innodial for a billing dispute resolution?
Please contact our technical support for a prompt resolution or response within 24 hours.
- Does my innodial credit ever expire?
No. Your innodial credit will never expire as long as you remain in an "active" status. To keep the "active" status, you need to make any kind of call at least once every 365 days. If your account becomes "inactive", meaning there is no activity for the previous 365 days, all remaining credit in your account will be lost and cannot be reinstated.
- What happens when my innodial credit runs out?
If your balance runs out, you cannot make calls anymore. You will hear a "not enough balance" message when you place a call, if your balance falls below $2. To be able to make further calls, you have to add funds to your account. We recommend that you enable the "Auto-Recharge" option to prevent this kind of situation and so that you never run out of funds.
- What is your refund policy?
We do not provide cash refunds. However, if you believe there was a call charge made in error, please contact our customer service department for assistance. After a review process, those charges will be credited back to your account. For more details regarding our refund policy, please read our terms of service.

- Do you charge an activation fee?
No. There is no setup or activation fee.
- Do you charge a monthly subscription fee?
No. There is no monthly subscription fee.
- Is there any connection fee for my calls?
No. There is no connection fee.
- Are the calling rates the same 24 hours a day, 7 days a week??
Yes. You will enjoy the same low rates no matter when you call.
- Are there any minimum usage requirements?
No. innodial offers the same low rates regardless of your usage level.
- What is the billing increment?
All calls are billed by the minute.

- Can I call anywhere in the world?

To place a call, you need to enter the destination number in the following order:
Country code + Area Code + Phone Number
For example, to call a number in the United States, enter "1-415-555-4567"
Note: You don't need to dial an international access code such as "011" or "001". - Can I use any phone?
Yes. You can use any of your fixed (home or office), or mobile phones.
- How much does it cost to call a Direct Number?
Since a Direct Number is a landline number, you will only be charged based on your operator's local or long distance rates. All the rules for free calls and long distance charges would apply based on the contract you have with your phone/mobile service company.
- Where can I find innodial Access Numbers?

- Do you provide Local Access Numbers?
We provide innodial Access Numbers for users in the United States and South Korea at this moment.
- Does innodial support emergency calls?
No. We do not support emergency calls. Please place emergency calls via your fixed or mobile operator.
- Can I receive calls from international contacts?
Yes. Buy a Virtual Number and configure the number to be forwarded to your phone in "My innodial". Click here to learn more about Virtual Numbers.
- How much does it cost to receive a call?
Once your friend dials a Virtual Number to reach you, we forward the incoming call to one of the phone numbers you configured. Your friend will pay their standard local rates to his/her operator, and innodial will charge you the standard innodial rate. For example, if you configured to receive calls on your mobile phone in the United States, you will be charged 1.9¢ per minute.
